Ogres were among the Giant Races that existed during the New Age. Larger than Goblins but smaller than Trolls, Ogres were frequently confused with other members of the Giant Races. They often had odd numbers of eyes, usually just one but sometimes three. Their skin was about two inches thick.
The Dwarves of Stonekeep kept several one-eyed slave Ogres to help them maintain order in their prison camp. (The Dwarves reasoned that if the Ogres were too stupid to object to indentured servitude, they deserved to be enslaved.)
Mariposa had fought Ogres at some point in the past, a testament to her survival skills.
While traveling through the Badlands, Arienne and Brian Devonhyre and Mirabel Miller encountered a twisted, mutated Ogre.
