Goblin

Puke-Eater.

Puke-Eater was a goblin shaman, and the leader of a goblin clan hailing from the swamp lands.  Disfigured and misshapen, he was hideous even by goblin standards, with a lumpy face.  Like many goblins, he chose a name in the common tongue specifically designed to be as disgusting to humans as possible.  He carried a cudgel powerful enough to crush bone.

As a youth, Puke-Eater was regularly abused by his mother.  Engaging in fisticuffs as an adult would later remind him, fondly, of his childhood.

At some point, Puke-Eater had engaged a Troll in battle, and a piece of a Troll weapon was still lodged inside his throat, negatively effecting his ability to enunciate clearly.

The Quest for the World-Breaker[]

At some point prior to unctual year 3889, Mirabel Miller approached the goblin clan and asked them to serve as her crew aboard Xanthippe and, in exchange, would take them to Torlynn Castle afterwards.  Eager for an opportunity to seek revenge against the humans who had enslaved his ancestors some four centuries previously, Puke-Eater agreed.  He acted as Mirabel's enforcer, defending the ship against invaders like "Four" Wheeler, who attempted to board the ship multiple times befoe finally being invited on board as a member of the crew.

Later, growing impatient with Mirabel's empty promises, Puke-Eater decided to mutiny against her, leading the attack on Torlynn Castle to seek revenge against the humans.  Puke-Eater engaged knight captain Brian Devonhyre in battle, gravely wounding him before he was accosted by Syzygy.  Puke-Eater responded by destroying the strange wooden doll, kicking its head into the forest.

Notes[]

Several goblins met their end in the events that followed.  Only a handful survived the castle siege, but it is not known if Puke-Eater was among them.
