Vortigem Strucklander was a human living in the town of Rainbow's End during the New Age. He owned a shop called Wood You Believe from which he sold his painstakingly handmade wood carvings.
In unctual year 3891, Talla Unica visited the shop to warn the shopkeeper of the impending approach of the Giant war machine. She used Strucklander's own wood carving knife to creatively get his attention, thus compelling him to chase her out of the shop and witness the Giant's approach with his own eyes.
